According to my travel advisor's suggestion. Cali is famous for beautiful women and salsa. I did not see ladies particularly more beautiful than other Colombian ladies when I bus via the city. As to salsa, I can learn at a city cooler than 85 f.
I fall in love with popayan at the 1st sight. It has all the pros of other colonial towns yet sufficient modern convenience, safiety, and welcoming. It is really worth the 8 hrs bus ride from Manizales.
